Technical Features

Ultra-Pure Water System – Designed for Hospital Clinical Laboratories

Core Purification Chain:
Tap Water → Precision Pretreatment → Reverse Osmosis (RO) → Ion Exchange → Final Polishing

Tap water first passes through a precision sediment filter and activated carbon cartridge. This step:

  • Removes suspended solids, sand, colloids, and microbes

  • Adsorbs odors, residual chlorine, and some organics

This protects the RO membrane and ion-exchange resins from fouling or clogging, extends their service life, ensures stable long-term operation, and reduces maintenance costs.

Key Features:

  • Multi-Stage Purification: Integrates microfiltration, ultrafiltration, RO, EDI, and ion exchange to remove particulates, colloids, microbes, organics, heavy metals, and dissolved salts – fully compliant with clinical lab standards.

  • Smart Pretreatment: Sediment and activated carbon filters eliminate suspended solids, chlorine, and odors upfront, safeguarding the RO membrane and resins from damage, extending system life, and cutting maintenance costs.

  • High-Performance RO: Removes over 95% of inorganic salts, bacteria, viruses, and pyrogens, delivering consistently pure water for subsequent polishing stages.

  • Flexible Ion Exchange: Dual-bed resins (anion + cation) allow customized removal of residual ions (e.g., chlorides, nitrates, sodium, calcium) to match specific experimental needs.

Why It Matters for Your Lab:

  • Supports clinical biochemistry, immunoassays, microbiology, molecular diagnostics, pathology, and hematology.

  • Meets GB/T 6682-2008 Grade 1/2 water requirements.

  • Compatible with HPLC, mass spectrometers, gene sequencers, and other precision instruments.

  • Ensures interference-free results, accurate diagnostics, and reliable patient care.
