What It Is
A pure steam generator produces pure steam from Water for Injection (WFI) or purified water.

Applications
Widely used in healthcare, biopharmaceuticals, and food industry for sterilization of equipment and instruments.

Effectively prevents re-contamination by heavy metals, pyrogens, and other impurities.

Steam Quality Requirement
Pure steam must be dry saturated steam at 121 °C.


Only saturated steam can fully release latent heat; superheated steam raises container temperatures excessively, interferes with latent‑heat release monitoring during sterilization, and leads to sterilization failure.
